Marketing firm BriefYourMarket.com has revealed that it is in a stage of ‘hyper growth’.

It has hired 20 new members of staff in the last three months, taking headcount to 52, with six more recruits about to join and a further six vacancies waiting to be filled.

The Derby-based firm’s latest recruits include a new chief operating officer, Derek Findlayson.

The multi-channel marketing business, which specialises in estate agents’ customer communications through newsletters, emails, SMS, direct mail, letters and surveys, has announced its ‘hyper growth’ status as identified by the government-backed Growth Accelerator programme.

Findlayson has over 25 years’ experience of growing businesses.

He said: “I’m delighted to have been given the opportunity to join and help take one of the fastest growing businesses in the UK to the next level of its development.”

As well as the property sector, BriefYourMarket also works with financial services, and the hospitality and leisure industry.
