Boxall Brown & Jones eyes expansion as it relocates to larger premises

Boxall Brown & Jones has relocated to larger premises in Derby to pave the way for further growth.

The company, which was founded in 1990, operates across the East Midlands.

The residential estate agency will share their premises with sister company commercial property consultancy BB&J Commercial.

Both currently work from separate offices in Iron Gate and have now come together in 4,000 sq ft offices in The Wyvern which have been refurbished to enable the 25-strong residential and commercial teams to work alongside each other.

Boxall Brown & Jones Partner Chris Birds commented: “It makes perfect sense to relocate to premises that bring the Derby commercial and residential property teams back together under one roof with our Belper office continuing to service the north of the county.

“Residential sales and lettings continue to be extremely buoyant across Derbyshire but the market is changing.

“The days of people perusing all the estate agents windows on the high street and then popping in for details is a thing of the past.

“The new offices at the Wyvern with ample visitor parking is therefore ideal for clients who want to access information online and then come and see us if they need face to face support.

“The bespoke office fit out also gives us the flexibility to expand the workspace as we look to grow the teams in the coming months and years.”

BB&J Commercial Partner Graham Bancroft added: “The relocation to offices in The Wyvern, with excellent parking facilities and easier access to the region’s road network, also reflects the broader geographical spread of our commercial client base.

“We have been extremely busy in the past 12 months – despite the pandemic – due to our proactive approach to building personal relationships with clients when marketing and sourcing property for sale and lease.

“This is set to continue and grow as businesses increasingly return employees to the workplace and forge ahead with expansion plans that may have been stalled in recent months.”
