Bonus picture of the week: When a member of public corrected agent’s board

Here is today’s bonus picture of the week – with a difference.

A sales board with poor spelling was vandalised by a member of the public who corrected its spelling.

Using red pen, the anonymous ‘vandal’ also queried the accuracy of some statements and gave the estate agents a D+, saying: “Well presented work girls. Next time, a little more care with proof-reading please.”

It happened in Victoria, Australia, where boards tend to go into much more than over here.

The sign said the property was “perfect located one of the famous streets in Balwyn” and in the school zone of a local “collage”.

The corrected sign was spotted by a passer-by who took a photo and posted it online – where it promptly went viral – before the agent had a chance to clean off the red pen.

But despite the helpful corrections, the original copy – complete with howlers – can still be seen on the Australian portal for which we give a general link here
