The Property Academy has announced that industry expert Bob Scarff will be a headline speaker at its Growth Summit event on April 22.

Scarff, who was managing director of Countrywide estate agents until last year, had a 27-year career at the UK’s largest agent.

He will be giving his take on growth challenges and strategies, outlining his ideas on the secrets to growth success.

Scarff joins industry guru Peter Knight and change management expert Sue Firth in the speaker line-up, with more speakers to be announced shortly.

Growth Summit is aimed at estate agency owners and senior directors wanting to take their business to the next level, and build a world-class estate agency.

Speakers who have “been there and done it” will offer their own insights alongside tried and tested implementable ideas.
