‘Our best year on record’: Fine & Country oozes success

Fine & Country had its best year ever in 2014, with 42 new offices opening across the globe.

The franchise network, a spin-off from UK marketing group the Guild of Professional Agents, also launched its new Fine & Country Golf brand and created a charity, the Fine & Country Foundation.

Fine & Country now has offices in over 300 locations worldwide.

In the UK, last year’s openings included Bristol, Fulham, Padstow and Nottingham, and overseas offices opened in Russia, Portugal, Dubai and South Africa.

The new Fine & Country Golf brand is the result of a partnership with Troon Golf and European Tour Properties and will result in marketing and selling properties from an exclusive portfolio of elite golf developments around the globe, including Jumeirah Golf Estates, Dubai, Quinta Do Lago, Portugal, Linna Golf, Finaldn, and EGCC, Estonia.

The Fine & Country Foundation was launched to help combat homelessness. Malcolm Lindley, managing director of Fine & Country and a trustee of the Foundation, has set a goal of raising £1m in the first year.

Nicely put together press release, not big on financial details and a bit fur coat and non knickers but some snazzy golf resort stuff which is all very nice……………oozes success and a also oozing a big old bit of smugness, good for them though – Jonnie

I really can't see them pulling it off in Fulham – the brands more home counties than London.
