Belvoir has announced nine new offices opening across the country and several new franchise owners joining the group through re-sales.
The new outlets already opened are in Reading, Ealing, Bournemouth, Hendon, Hampstead and Biggleswade.
Three more are due to open very shortly at Hull, Bromley and Sutton.
There will always be a collection of fools who will buy into a franchise on the promise of riches tomorrow.

Is that why Belvoir and Martin & Co are two of the biggest and most successful property companies in the UK?
Fact is, if you have ambition, work ethic and the humility to work out that you’re better off running a business with some support, franchising will always be a popular option, and rightly so!

Not to disparage the franchisor or Belvoir itself, but I think this is there 3rd go at making Reading work.

Do you mean to say that two Belvoir offices closed down previously in Reading?
