A Belvoir office has achieved the highest monthly turnover in the company’s 19-year history.

Its Sheffield office, run by franchisees Rick Flay and Sarah Powell, exceeded over £100,000 of turnover in July.

Dorian Gonsalves, Belvoir’s director of commercial and franchising, said: “Rick and Sarah have grown their business from a cold start to a thriving business with an annual turnover that is on target to reach over £1m, which is a fantastic achievement.

“Their passion for property management and customer services has resulted in landlords coming back to them year after year and recommending Belvoir to family and friends.

“A number of Belvoir offices are now on the brink of breaking through the £1m turnover barrier this year. Furthermore, all the signs are positive that offices like Sheffield will continue to grow and break more records in the months ahead.

“I wish Rick and Sarah every success for the remainder of 2014.”

Flay said: “Although competition in the area is fierce, we pride ourselves on letting good-quality rental properties to good-quality tenants, and because of this our landlords are happy and experience very few problems.”

The office has been trading for eight years and now also handles sales.

Belvoir is trialling sales in key areas before making a decision on rolling out into estate agency.
