Belvoir is hoping to take advantage of the growth in online traffic to own-branded estate agency platforms in recent months by launching a new website.
This is the fourth website launched by the Belvoir Group over the past 12 months, following the introduction of new sites for Northwood, Newton Fallowell and Lovelle.
Nicholas Humphreys, a 21-office franchise network acquired by the Belvoir Group in April, will be the next brand to benefit from a new website that the firm hopes will help deliver new business to the doors of its franchisees.
Belvoir CEO Dorian Gonsalves commented: “Belvoir believes strongly in investing in IT and marketing initiatives that will benefit our franchisees and enhance data security, so the development of new websites for our brands has been a priority during the past year.
“The team first started working on this project during the first lockdown of March 2020, and the first new website to launch was Newton Fallowell’s in August, followed by Lovelle in September, and Northwood in November.”
He added: “Belvoir has heavily invested in Google Ad words and SEO, as well as 24/7 managed live chat. Review of our monthly analytics reports show that year-on-year website traffic and engagement statistics are way up following the launch of these new websites, which were all paid for centrally. Feedback from franchisees has been very positive.
