Beauchamp Estates has opened two new offices in the South of France in the luxury resorts of Mougins and St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat in order to capitalise on the Post-Pandemic return of international buyers to the French Riviera.
The two new offices, known as Beauchamp Estates Mougins and Beauchamp Estates Cap Ferrat, offer sales, lettings and property management services and each are situated in ultra-prime locations. They complement the existing Beauchamp Estates offices on the French Riviera which are located in Cannes and St Tropez, opened in 2007 and 2020 respectively.
Beauchamp Estates Mougins is located on the Avenue Saint-Basile, just off the Penetrant Grasse-Cannes express-way, one of the principal routes into the region. The highly visible office location benefits from off-street parking, ideal for clients to visit whilst on route to and from destinations in the wider area.
Beauchamp Estates Cap Ferrat is located on the Avenue Claude Vignon, in the centre of St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, enabling the office team to reach the various ultra-prime waterfront property locations on the peninsula quickly, a key requirement for some potential buyers or tenants, who may be in the area for a matter of hours, following a lunch, yacht or private jet visit.
Both offices have been newly refurbished with the Beauchamp Estates name and logo on the fascia, and the smart glass fronted facades featuring windows displaying property instructions and video-screens. Inside, both offices have stylish contemporary interiors with meeting areas for clients, office space for the teams and private consultation space.
The new offices are led and overseen by Adrien Willing-Lamy, MD of Beauchamp Estates (France), supported by a team of sales and lettings managers and negotiators and property management staff.
Willing-Lamy said: “Beauchamp Estates (France) is delighted to open our new offices in Mougins and St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, alongside our existing branches in Cannes and St Tropez. We now have four offices along the French Riveria which underlines how the brand has become an influential leader in the ultra-prime residential market in the South of France.”
Willing-Lamy continued: “Since the end of the Covid-19 pandemic we have seen a surge in pent-up-demand and ultra-prime property values along the French Riviera have risen by 15% to 20%. Over the last 12 months we have seen the return of international buyers especially wealthy purchasers from the USA, Middle East, UK, Switzerland and Nordic countries. We have opened the two new offices in order to capitalise on this upturn and enable Beauchamp Estates (France) to provide our clients with even better local customer care.”
Gary Hersham, founding director of Beauchamp Estates, commented: “Our two new office openings in the South of France will help to further increase our strong brand presence and share of the ultra-prime sales and lettings market on the French Riviera. The new offices also enable us to continue to enhance and deliver the high standards of customer service across the Cote d’Azur that our clients expect from Beauchamp Estates.”
Hersham added: “One of the results of the Covid-19 pandemic is that clients learnt to work from anywhere in the world and operate their business interests from home or the office. As a result of this transformation our clients looking at buying or renting luxury homes on the French Riviera are increasingly looking at having second homes rather than purely summer vacation homes, where they can work remotely, whilst enjoying a change of scene and sunshine lifestyle.”
The four Beauchamp Estates offices in the South of France are part of the Beauchamp Estates international network. This includes offices in London, (Mayfair and St John’s Wood), Greece (Mykonos), Israel (Tel Aviv) and an associate office in Manhattan (USA).
Beauchamp Estates is now looking at office premises in both Monaco and London for future potential expansion.
