Are you familiar with Material Information Parts B & C of NTSELAT guidance?

Following the recent announcement of Material Information Parts B & C of NTSELAT guidance, iamproperty is to host a webinar aimed at estate agents about the regulations.

The webinar will be hosted by iamproperty’s co-founder, Ben Ridgway, alongside Beth Rudolf, director of delivery at The Conveyancing Association.

The organisers say attendees can expect a breakdown of what Parts B & C include, what estate agents need to do to stay compliant, what opportunities the new requirements bring and what support is available, including technology solutions. There will also be a live Q&A.

The webinar will take place on Zoom on Tuesday 12 December 2023 at 11:30am.

Ridgway said: “The arrival of Material Information in full has been a long time coming and we’re ready for the changes. If embraced, this has the potential to be transformational for the industry, by helping agents to increase pipeline turn, reduce time spent on sales progression and minimise the number of fall throughs. We hope to see as many people as possible join us for the webinar, to get up to speed with the requirements of Parts B & C and what it means for them.

“We’ve been working closely with our Partner Agent network in the run up to the announcement, to understand how we can adapt our solutions to best support them with the changes. We’ve made a series of innovations to our movebutler solution, so agents using it will have Material Information taken care of, as it will gather the additional information now required upfront for them.

“We see this update to regulations as a positive opportunity, and with the right tech solutions in place, we hope agents can too.”
