A new initiative launched earlier this month by the Propertymark Trust has been met with an exceptional level of interest.

The Propertymark Trust has created a number of scholarships for those applying to their “Class of 2025”.

One of the core objectives of the Propertymark Trust is the promotion of and support for those seeking to obtain Propertymark qualifications.

Educational grants for those unable to meet the financial cost of obtaining qualifications have always been at the heart of The Trust’s activities.

A strictly limited number of scholarships for 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% of the costs of learning materials, Propertymark membership and examination fees are available and potential scholars are simply invited to apply for funding by completing the straightforward application form which includes a requirement to state why they want to obtain the Level 3 qualification in either sales, lettings or property management.

Chair of the Education and Applications Group at the Propertymark Trust, Michael Day, said: “This is a fantastic initiative that will provide a number of individuals with a route into qualifications that, in turn, will help underpin their future careers. With the scholarships being claimed so quickly, I would encourage anyone interested in joining our Class of 2025 to apply immediately.

“Whilst scholarships of up to 100% are available, we can obviously provide more scholarships if applicants are able to contribute some of the costs either themselves or via their employers, perhaps through matching the funding being provided by the Trust.”
