App update aims to ‘streamline leads for agents’

Property portal app MoveStreets has updated its app to include a brand new ‘Hot Property’ feature, designed to send what it describes as ‘warm leads’ direct to estate agents.

The MoveStreets app allows users to browse the site’s database of available homes, powered by the 100-plus estate agencies signed up to the platform.

And, much like dating apps such as Tinder, potential matches are served up based on the user’s location. Swiping left rejects unliked properties, while swiping right contacts the listing agent to arrange a viewing.

Not only will users be able to browse through properties with a like or dislike, but they will now be able to click on the ‘Hot Property’ icon. By hitting the hot property icon, users can instantly send their details through to agents, to arrange viewings on properties they are interested in.

Adam Kamani, co-founder and CEO of MoveStreets, commented: “Here at MoveStreets we know that searching for property can be a long and often time consuming process and that many of us have less and less time to look. That’s why we created the ‘Hot Property’ feature – to improve the property searching experience for users, streamline leads for agents and ultimately speed up the process of arranging a viewing for all. We look forward to seeing users find their forever home by trying the ‘Hot Property’ feature!”
