Andrews has named a sole managing director for its entire estate agency network.
Chris Chapman will also be responsible for the company’s land and new homes business, plus its Fine & Country operations in Bath, Bristol, Cheltenham and Oxfordshire.
Chapman, pictured, has been at Andrews for 33 years and ran its financial services business for the last 17, and had joint responsibility for the estate agency division with David Westgate.
Westgate continues in his role as managing director of Andrews Lettings & Management.
Chapman said: “I know the estate agency part of Andrews very well and it’s a sector going through big changes at the moment so it’s an exciting time to be joining.”
Chapman’s successor at Andrews Financial Services is Paul Bumford, who joins from Legal & General.
Both are board appointments.
