Andrews, which has offices throughout the south of England, has raised a glass in celebration of 28 special awards, recognising outstanding performance amongst its staff at a company event at the Madejski Stadium in Reading.
Attended by over 150 staff from across Andrews’ 55 branch network plus its head office in Keynsham, Bristol, the awards were presented in recognition of everything from profitability, to increased turnover and community service to cross selling.
Michael Robson, chief executive, presented the awards and guest speakers were Paul Harrod from the Together Group and Nicky Stevenson from the Property Academy.
The Directors’ Award which recognises outstanding performance over a sustained period of at least three years, and which is aimed at encouraging others to emulate similar performance, was awarded to Ben Nyarko of Streatham branch.
