Agents and industry suppliers gathered last Friday to see who was crowned the best for the customer service across the UK.

Phil Spencer, who has hosted every year since their inception in 2004, announced the winners in front of an audience of 1,100 of the UK’s top property professionals.

“These awards aren’t about quantity, they’re about quality,” said Spencer. “Every single finalist here today has been reviewed and rated by the people who really matter, their clients. That’s what makes an ESTAS trophy a true mark of trust.”

The event was once again held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London and was sponsored by headline partners Reapit and PayProp.

2025 Grand Prix Gold Winners

The top honours at this year’s awards went to firms who’ve turned client satisfaction into standout reputations:

+ Best Estate Agent Office in the UK: The Property Centre, Cheltenham — a back-to-back winer

+ Best Letting Agent Office for Landlords: Base Property Specialists — returning to the top spot for the first time since 2016.

+ Best Letting Agent Office for Tenants: Home FindersSwindon — a first-time win and landmark achievement.

The 2025 awards also recognised hundreds of winners across County, Regional and National Group categories, alongside specialist trophies for collaboration and individual achievement. Many in attendance had already secured Best in Postcode titles earlier this year. Every winner in each category can be viewed here.

Speaking on stage, Simon Brown reminded the audience: “The ESTAS is more than an awards event, it’s a community. A family of likeminded professionals who believe that service excellence deserves to be recognised, shared and celebrated. You are the heartbeat of this industry.”
