Ambitious estate agency completes third purchase in a year

Minors & Brady, which covers the property markets across Norfolk and Suffolk, has completed on its third acquisition in 12 months.

The company has purchased the Lettings arm of LRPM in Cromer, a company with branches in Cromer and London.

The move sees the number of properties the agency serves increase to over 2,100 across sales and lettings.

Letitia Randell, managing director of LRPM, said: “We are delighted to be working with Minors & Brady on this acquisition, which will see our residential arm of our business seamlessly transfer to them.

“Minors & Brady are a fantastic business, with local owners and local experts at the core of what they do.

“We remain committed to our clients, and will now focus on our core service of block management.”

Jamie Minors, co-founder of Minors & Brady, commented: “Our acquisition of LRPM demonstrates our ambition for continual growth, particularly in our support to landlords and tenants across the east of England.

“We thank Letitia and our solicitors for their help in this deal, which has been swift from all parties.”

When asked about any further growth opportunities, Minors added: “We are committed to the development and growth of our business, with a strong emphasis on our people and our valued customers.

“We have further acquisitions under contract, so hopefully we can get those over the line smoothly, as we have done with the previous three.”

    A developer friend with just over 200 plots in the South East advised me with all the constant changes in regs that he’s going to sit on his hands for a couple of years, interestingly he did advise that EPCs “maybe” scrapped this year-something we haven’t heard on PIE.
