Chan Khangura, owner of Whitegates offices in Huddersfield, Brighouse, and Pontefract, as well as Martin & Co Pontefract, has completed his 11th agency acquisition.

The latest addition to his network is Your Property Zone, further strengthening Khangura’s presence in the local property market.

Since joining Whitegates as a franchisee in July 2012, Khangura has built a strong track record of strategic growth, expanding his portfolio through a combination of office resales and independent agency acquisitions. This newest acquisition reinforces his ongoing commitment to developing and expanding the Whitegates brand.
