As part of the acquisition, Redbrik welcomes ten new colleagues from Bothams, bolstering its team and expertise. Andrew Terry, a senior partner at Bothams, joins the Redbrik board of directors and will lead the commercial division. The commercial division will continue to operate under the Bothams brand from Redbrik’s Glumangate offices in Chesterfield town centre.

This acquisition aligns with Redbrik’s ongoing expansion strategy and commitment to providing exceptional service to clients in Chesterfield and the surrounding areas.

Mark Ross, MD of Redbrik Estate Agents, said: “Bothams is a long-established and highly respected agency in Chesterfield, with decades of experience in sales, lettings and commercial property. Acquiring the business is a strategic step that expands our footprint, deepens our expertise and enhances the service we deliver across the region. We’re pleased to welcome the Bothams team and clients into Redbrik.”

The acquisition strengthens Redbrik’s rapidly growing lettings department, adding 250-plus managed properties to its portfolio. It extends the company’s reach across North Derbyshire, North Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire, bringing Redbrik’s asset management capabilities to more landlords and tenants.

Andrew Terry, director at Redbrik, commented: “Joining Redbrik gives our clients the best of both worlds: continuity for our commercial customers under the Bothams name, and access to Redbrik’s broader platform, technology and marketing reach. It’s a compelling opportunity to raise the bar across sales, lettings and commercial.”
