Expert guidance: ask an Alto expert any questions you may have on the training directly, without the need to leave the learning portal
In the coming months, the platform will become the one-stop shop for all estate agency training and will not only cover Alto but also soft skills and compliance training requirements for agents, reducing the need for multiple training systems in the estate agency branch.
For managers, there’s also a simplified view enabling this cohort to easily see their team members’ engagement and keep track of how they’re progressing against their learning goals. Managers can also use the gamification available within the platform to track points and progress, while in the future there will also be the option to gift rewards.
