Alto integrates with ViewMyChain

Alto, part of Houseful, has announced its latest integration with ViewMyChain, a data-driven chain management tool.

This integration aims to enhance the sales progression process for estate agents by providing greater visibility, responsiveness to changes and certainty.

ViewMyChain offers data-led intelligence and full visibility of automatically constructed chains, including split chains, potentially enabling estate agents to achieve faster completions.

“We are excited to partner with ViewMyChain to provide our customers with enhanced tools and capabilities with which to navigate the sales process,” said Riccardo Iannucci-Dawson, chief operating Ooficer at Alto, part of Houseful.

“This integration reflects our commitment to empowering estate agents to have everything they need to run their agency, all in one place,” Iannucci-Dawson continued.

“We are thrilled to join forces with Alto to improve the sales progression process, saving agents valuable time whilst delivering more certainty for all stakeholders,” said Paul Halliwell, executive director of ViewMyChain. “Together, we are empowering estate agents with the tools they need to succeed, especially during challenging market conditions when every sale matters.”

The crm market in estate agency is broken at best, corrupt at worst .

All my data held in 1 place on a legacy app that has had no updates in 10 years..

Open our data, so we can use plugin solutions!

Depending on which system you’ve got there are people who can help. I took a call on Friday and got the agent sorted in a 20 minute phone call. At no cost to the agent.
