Alto integrates with Bridge AI to provide time-saving solution

Alto has announced a new integration with Bridge AI – a system designed to streamline communication with applicants through their preferred channels like WhatsApp or email.

Bridge AI automatically identifies qualified applicants and schedules them for viewings via Whatsapp and email. The software also uses tailored questions such as ‘How much is your income’ and ‘Do you have any pets’ to gauge the suitability and interest of an applicant towards a particular property.

These questions can be tailored to match the requirements of each estate agency – while all communication to applicants is also personalised.

If an applicant has any questions, such as what is council tax band of a particular property, Bridge AI can also answer these using the property details on Alto. If this information isn’t available – Bridge AI will prompt the agency to contact the applicant to provide additional details.

Riccardo Iannucci-Dawson, Chief Operating Officer at Alto, a cloud-based software for agents and part of Houseful, commented: “Without a doubt, AI provides wide-ranging opportunities for agents to drive efficiencies in their day-to-day working lives. We’re excited to partner with Bridge AI to provide a truly innovative and time-saving solution for our customers.”

Laith Bani Slamh, CEO & Founder at Bridge AI, said: “Now is the time for estate agencies to optimise AI within their operations. Bridge AI offers estate agencies the capability to manage applicant inquiries until property viewings. This allows agents to focus on viewings the next morning, eliminating the need to spend hours screening applicants or attempting to contact them.

“We take pride in our partnership with Alto, a top CRM provider in the UK, known for their dedication to delivering the finest services and partnerships to their customers. Alto’s customers will now have access to the latest AI real estate technology, marking a significant advancement in the industry.”
