allAgents gets set to launch a new website

Ratings website allAgents is planning to launch a new website before the end of the year.

It has written to agents saying: “You have been selected to be one of the first agents to take a sneak preview.”

It promises new features to include better design, statistics as to how the public rate an agent’s fees and valuations accuracy, and an improved jobs bulletin board.

Should you not have been one of the agents invited to take a sneak preview, you can see it here

LONG overdue but I doubt a new website will provide new and much needed standards of ethics.

(But wouldn’t it be nice if it did.)

Don’t even give this website any press time! You cant speak to anybody there, they don’t respond to emails etc. etc. Is there a review site for review sites because AllAgents is *****!

    Mr Henry Mullholland please respond!

We have had great feedback on our new website from the people within our industry and are really excited to be launching the site soon.

I would be really pleased for further constructive feedback, good or bad, to be emailed to us at feedback@allagents.co.uk. This will help us to identify potential bugs and allow us discuss any comments/suggestions which may further improve our site before the official launch.

Why not have an office number agents can contact you on?

Instead of some dozy sounding Scottish bloke on the end of a mobile, who sounds like he is sitting on the sofa scratching his nuts?

How about you look into why agents with terrible local reputations suddenly have hundreds if not thousands of positive comments on your site when no other agent in town even get a review?

How about you allow agents to respond to negatives, unjustified comments for free?

Is that enough feedback or would you like more?

        Thank you for the feedback.

Firstly, I would like to correct you on one major point. Every agent listed on our site, has always had the facility to reply to both good or bad reviews on our website free of charge. Not only that, but we strongly encourage firms to respond to each and every review, irrespective of whether it’s good or bad. The ‘right to reply’ button is below the review.

Secondly, as on online website, we have a ‘contact us’ page and anyone can use this to contact us. We also have an online chat button. You will find that this form of contact is in line with just about every other review website out there . Our business development team are the only ones reachable via the mobile number, however as we have such a strict firewall between moderation and sales, unfortunately our sales team will be unable to deal with any moderation issues and will refer you to fill in the contact us page.

I don’t know which firms you are relating to in your other point, however, if you care to be more specific then this can be looked into further.

I trust this helps clarify your points.

You do not respond! I have sent 3 emails on the info@, I called and spoke to a woman who was pleasant but couldn’t and wouldn’t tell me anything, when I asked for a name to complain to, she asked and was told no!

You are a sham, you have scraped the web for agents details and you are not prepared to speak to the agents when something goes wrong!

Don’t reply to this because I will keep going! Where can I put a review about your disgusting lack of service, your questionable business methodology and quite frankly cheap, nasty, pathetic company!

          not-allagents.co.uk like you!

Thank you for your response. As I explained earlier, there is a strict firewall between our Development Team and our Moderation Team. This firewall is so strict that our Development Team can get themselves into trouble if they become involved with moderation issues.
The way to raise an issue is to report the review as ‘abuse’. There is a ‘report abuse’ button below every review and comment – it’s important that you use the relevant button. This will then go back to the moderation team – the more information you provide to them in this section, the better.
You can also fill out our online contact us form http://www.allagents.co.uk/contact/
For full transparency to your complaint, why not post your complaint directly here and I will arrange for a response to be posted here as well.
