All-Stars training ramps up national presence as demand rises

Training academy Estate Agency All-Stars is to go nationwide from next month, with classroom courses in London, Birmingham and Leeds.

Extra courses will be added, catering for all levels from junior negotiators to managing directors.

Courses cover basics such as “What is estate agency” and go all the way up to “Management and leadership”.

There is also a “prospecting school” and courses on conveyancing, sales progression and legislation.

Estate Agency All-Stars is also developing an e-learning platform in conjunction with the Chartered Trading Standards, to give both sales and lettings agents the option of distance learning as from next summer.

The course content has been drawn up by former Trading Standards trainer Paul Taylor.

The course content will cover legislation including the Estate Agents Act, Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations, deposit protection, licensing schemes and tenancy agreements.

Founder Joshua Rayner said: “I would like to thank our local customers and sponsors who have been instrumental in our growth to date.

“We feel our hybrid approach to training through a choice of five learning platforms makes us a flexible provider of property training.”
