Estate agents who have worked in the property industry for ten years or less are being offered a new network launched by the British Property Federation (BPF).
The lobby group has launched BPF Futures, a network aimed at the future leaders among property professionals.
Only those with ten years or less experience can join and it is open to any sector of the property industry, including estate and lettings agents.
Members will have professional development and networking opportunities as well as access to the BPF’s expertise in Government decisions and thinking, and policies that affect the property industry.
Melanie Leech, chief executive of the BPF, said: “To thrive as an industry, we need to be doing everything we can to attract and retain talent – and BPF Futures will be committed to achieving this by providing junior professionals with opportunities to engage with the industry at large and better understand their potential contribution to our shared goals.”
The BPF Futures launch event will be held on December 5.
Membership is free for those whose organisations are already BPF members or from £50 for the first year and £75 for one person thereafter.
