Awards have been handed out to agents in London who pulled off the top-priced sales and lettings deals in the last year.
The highest-priced sale in the 12 months to the end of May was £63m – up from £42m last year – while two lets were for £40,000 a week.
The awards were dished out by LonRes at its annual summer party.
Divided by region (Central, North, South, East and West), there were ten awards in total, five for the highest sales and five for the highest lets in each area.

“It is proof that despite uncertain times, there is still business to be had.”
Lets celebrate the super rich and moronic price figures and hand out awards for it. *Thumbs Down.

I would have thought that the whole point of agency was to achieve the best price for their clients and for the sector to recognise that.
Perhaps you are a little bitter?
