Chestertons has boosted its short-term lets division amid rising demand from landlords and tenants.

The London agent has appointed Elliott Tooley as head of short lets and Sammie Steepe as an associate within the division.

Tooley cut his teeth in the property industry at Foxtons, where he joined their corporate services team in 2011 before moving to Hamptons International where he also set up a short lets team.

Steepe joins Chestertons from Foxtons where she was accountable for spearheading the set up of a new Airbnb short stay service.

Richard Davies, head of lettings for Chestertons, said: “I am delighted to have both Elliott and Sammie on board to strengthen and drive the short-let business across the entire Chestertons letting network.

“Their combined experience is a big asset to the brand.”
