An agent has amended claims made in adverts after complaints to the advertising watchdog.
Hannells is today named among the cases informally resolved by the Advertising Standards Authority.
A spokesperson told EYE: “Two complainants thought an ad which appeared in a local newspaper and on posters was misleading because they believed the claim ‘you’re nearly 5 times as likely to sell with Hannells than you are with any other estate agent in Derbyshire’ in the ad couldn’t be substantiated.
“We approached the advertiser with the concerns of the complainants and they agreed to amend the ad.”
