LSL’s flagship brand Marsh & Parsons opened a new branch yesterday.
The move is in contrast to the closures and redundancies made at LSL’s Your Move and Reeds Rains businesses.
The new office becomes the fourth Marsh & Parsons branch in north-west London.
The sales department will be headed up by Neale Jones, while Tega Alexander has been appointed lettings manager.
The Willesden Green sales team is offering 0% commission until June 30 – potentially saving local residents an average of £14,880 on their sale, based on the average property value of just over £620,000.
Patrick Littlemore, chief executive at Marsh & Parsons, said: “Our continued expansion in carefully selected locations, in line with our stated strategy to grow our office network to 36, reinforces our confidence in the long-term health of the London market.
“Both Neale and Tega have an impressive knowledge of the local market, which will be instrumental in helping to successfully launch the new office.
“Our 0% commission offer has proved to be a successful way to introduce our brand.”
Lol 14k to sell. Bricks trades on these London prices.

Once up and running and in a daily compete for stock they won’t be anywhere near 2.4%

You might well be surprised. I have worked with M & P (with, not for) and whilst It might be different in Willesden, elsewhere in central London 2% plus VAT is what they get, in common with a substantial proportion of the prominent agents. M & P won’t budge from their “standard” fee of 2%, even for instructions from other parts of the LSL operation.
