Adam Hayes has opened its third office in north London.

The estate agency, which launched in 2009 by Yasser Elkaffass and Amir Haddadi, has opened its new branch on Regents Park Road, Finchley N3, and will handle sales and rentals in and around the local area.

Elkaffass said: “Adam Hayes’ expansion into Finchley Central is part of the strategic growth of the business.

“With offices in North Finchley and East Finchley, the new office will cement our position as a leading independent estate agent in the area.”

Elkaffass, the firm’s residential sales director, believes that the Finchley area is ripe for new developments.

He added: “Tired low-rise retail buildings are being replaced by new swanky apartments and mixed-use developments, providing new homes in the area and workspace for new jobs.”

The agency typically specialises in properties upto £1.5m and also has a large management portfolio.
