The Property Franchise Group (TPFG) has acquired Rent Flat Glasgow.

Rent Flat Glasgow, which comprises 60 managed properties in Scotland, will now become part of the Martin & Co Shawlands branch, complementing the Group’s existing portfolio.

The acquisition allows previous owners Mr and Mrs Boyle to begin their retirement.

Lenwell Property Services, a six-office lettings specialist in the Beds, Bucks and Northants region, has acquired the lettings business of Michael Anthony in Aylesbury.

The acquisition sees Lenwell, a multi award winner of the Times and Sunday Times Lettings Agency of the Year Awards, expanding further into Buckinghamshire.

Lenwell will bring all Michael Anthony Aylesbury landlords and tenants into its portfolio and will retain the use of the Michael Anthony name in Aylesbury.
