Horton and Garton appoints Anthony Wozniak as lettings manager

Horton and Garton has appointed Anthony Wozniak as lettings manager for their new Chiswick office.

Wozniak, who has worked as an agent in west London for 11 years, is tasked with increasing the company’s market share across the W4 postcode.

John Horton says of the hire, “Our Chiswick landlords are accustomed to sterling service and Anthony has the innate ability to look after our clients to that extremely high standard. His work ethic and drive will carve out a significant market share in Chiswick.

“We’ve always been a top three agent across Chiswick, Hammersmith and Shepherd’s Bush, and I think Anthony will play a significant role in growing this success.”

Wozniak commented: “This is estate agency done the way it should be. Landlords and tenants are put at the forefront of the business – ahead of our own bottom line.

“Coming from a background of ‘figures, figures, figures’ it is refreshing when you can finally take a better perspective. In an industry with a bad reputation, why shouldn’t Horton and Garton break the mould?”

Stefano De gaspari joins Harding Green 

Harding Green, which moved into Henley on Thames last month, has added Stefano De gaspari to the team.

He has a wide ranging property background through residential, investments, serviced apartment accommodation and most recently Hamptons in Henley on Thames for the last four years.

De gaspari will operate in the £1m-plus prime country market.

Harding Green’s commission structures range from 60% or 70% and go all the way to 80% after an agent has transacted on £120k in fees.

A spokesperson said: “We will only ever take on agents with the correct level of experience and with our client services department we are able to generate multiple valuations for our agents when they start.

“As part of our onboarding package we pay for thousands of posted letters, flyers and a highly targeted paid social media campaign to get the agent off the ground in their first few months.”

Boyer adds to planning team 

Boyer, part of Leaders Romans Group, has provided an appointments update.

Luke Veillet joins Boyer as a principal planner in the Wokingham Office. He brings with him seven years of experience working across the planning services at South Oxfordshire and Vale of White Horse District Councils. Luke also holds an MSc in Spatial Planning and Development from the University of Reading, and prior to his career in planning served as a Police Officer in the Metropolitan Police for six years.

Holly Beckett joins Boyer as a graduate planner in the Wokingham office. Holly recently graduated from the University of Birmingham with an MSc in Urban and Regional Planning, following a BSc in Geography from Oxford Brookes. Holly brings to Boyer several months’ experience in regional property asset management, and her new role will see her support and strengthen the team’s capacity.

Lewis Taylor joins Boyer as a graduate planner in the Cardiff office. Prior to his new appointment, Lewis held an internship in the and worked as an Outdoor Pursuits Instructor for several years throughout his time studying at Cardiff University and beyond.
