Propertymark Inspire continues to help members through small group networks, according to the trade body behind the initiative.

Propertymark Inspire is open exclusively to principals, partners and directors (PPDs) who are members of Propertymark.

Propertymark says that its ‘Inspire’ in initiative provides practical support for independent agents who are facing challenges which include reduced stock, increased supplier costs, compliance with ambiguous legislation and new models of agency.

All participants benefit from regular meetings in small groups, focused agendas providing front-end tangible contributions to each member’s company, one-to-one tailored mentoring with an experienced industry consultant, as well as group sessions to pre-plan for industry and legislative changes.
