Auction firm iam-sold is increasing the number of free training days being offered to valuers at their partner estate agents.
All told this year, the Newcastle-based firm is running 21 training days which will give around 500 valuers up to the minute training on how the auction process works, the legal aspects, and how to sell the benefits of the auction.
Tom Bailey, auction director for iam-sold, said: “The auction route is a very important tool in the estate agency offering that enables them to maximise the potential of each and every property.
“We are helping our partner agents achieve fantastic results. We do this by not only supporting them right through the process but also by ensuring that key staff are trained and comfortable with all elements of the auction.”
He added: “We look to make the auction process as easy as possible for both our partner agents and the buying and selling public.”
The company, an auction management provider offering white label auction services to estate agents across the UK, has 70 auctions booked so far for this year. It provides a modern method of auction, offering delayed exchanges.
