Aston Chase appoints Max Curtis as associate director
London-based estate agency Aston Chase has appointed Max Curtis as an associate director.
Curtis, who has been with the business for ten years is being promoted from his previous position as a senior house sales negotiator.
Since joining Aston Chase in 2011, he has been responsible for the sale of a number of substantial homes across central and North West London.
As an associate director, Curtis, who begun his property career at Aston Chase will continue to be responsible for securing and selling listings in firm’s house sales department.

REDD hires Mark Tredwell as head of development
REDD has appointed Mark Tredwell as head of development as the company plans to expand its residential development offering in 2021.
Tredwell will manage REDD’s growing prime central London residential development property portfolio with experience that spans over 20 years.
He joins REDD from his previous position as director at Oar Estates where he acted as a development consultant for a number of leading prime central London developers and property companies. Before that, Tredwell worked as residential project director during his thirteen-years at Grosvenor.
Tredwell commented: “I am certain that my experience will be of great value to REDD as we acquire and develop more sites.”
Russell Smithers, managing director at REDD, added: “We are currently in the process of acquiring new sites and Mark will be instrumental in the management of their development.

Andrew Diamond from Lindsays appointed as chairman of ESPC
Andrew Diamond, partner and head of residential property at Scottish legal firm Lindsays, has been appointed as the new chairman of ESPC. He has worked in the residential property sector for almost 30 years and been a non-executive director of ESPC for over five years.
His appointment comes as Gordon Kerr steps down from the role, which he has held for seven years.
Diamond joined Lindsays in 2012 through the firm’s merger with MacLachlan & MacKenzie, where he began his legal career in 1992. He has an in-depth knowledge of the residential property market across Scotland, particularly in Edinburgh and the Lothians.
Diamond said: “ESPC plays a vital role in the property market across the regions in which our members operate and I am delighted to be taking up the chairmanship.
