The Lettings Hub is launching BOX – a free to use pre-tenancy management platform.

BOX packages up the pre-tenancy process in one single platform, designed to speed up the letting process.

Unlike other referencing and insurance services, this is the first time that agents will have access to all of the pre-tenancy management services in one place, free of charge, according to The Lettings Hub.

The launch of BOX follows on from the release of Letting Hub’s Property PassportTM in May, as well as the launch of Open Banking and ability to electronically sign documents.
