Samuel Estates, based in south west London, has acquired its third independent local firm in 2020.
The latest company to be snapped up is Keyhold Property Management in Dulwich Village. Samuel Estates bought Red Property Services and Daniel James earlier this year.
Samuel Estates, founded in 2004, has three offices located in Balham, Streatham and Colliers Wood with a team of over 20 people.
Although this year has been challenging for the property market, the agency has stuck to their growth plan through these key strategic acquisitions and boosted their managed portfolio significantly since the start of the year.
More than 1,000 buy-to-let over landlords use the agency, which manages a portfolio of properties across London and North Surrey.
Nick Samuel, managing director, Samuel Estates, said: “As a company we have grown steadily since 2004. Increasing stock has been imperative for us to grow our teams, company presence and to improve our services. Although this year hasn’t been without its challenges, we’ve pushed forth with our growth plans, it goes to show that we are confident in our approach for success.”
Samuel added: “Acquiring other estate agencies isn’t just about stock and growth, we’ve been fortunate enough to grow our team and bring new talent into the business through these acquisitions – growing both our service offering and keeping a familiar face within the business for our new clients.”
