Promotions at Strutt & Parker

Strutt & Parker has bolstered its senior team with a raft of promotions.

Kate Eales has become Head of Regional Residential Agency, heading up sales and lettings for Strutt & Parker’s nationwide network of 40 regional offices operating across the UK.

Kate, who joined Strutt & Parker in 2015 from Hamptons International, has worked in the property industry for over 20 years and has a broad experience of both London and regional markets, with a particular focus on lettings.

Louis Harding is now Head of London Residential Agency, heading up both sales and lettings for Strutt & Parker’s seven estate agency offices in Prime Central London.

Louis has worked in the London property market for over 17 years and has an in-depth knowledge of both sales and lettings.

He joined Strutt & Parker from Foxtons in 2018 and has since overseen significant growth in the London residential sales teams.

In addition, Matthew Sudlow becomes Head of the Estates and Farm Agency Department.

Matt started with a company as a graduate, qualified as a chartered surveyor and has been at Strutt & Parker for 13 years.

He and his teams specialise in the sale and purchase of farms, country and sporting estates and high value rural property in England, Scotland and Wales.

Finally, Charlotte Moxon is now Head of Regional New Homes.

Charlotte began her career in property ten years ago at LSL and has worked across the lettings, investment and new homes sectors.

She joined Strutt & Parker in 2018 and now takes leadership of the Regional New Homes team.

Strutt & Parker’s volume of new home instructions has grown dramatically over the past two years, and it now has more than 1,433 units on its books with a combined value of approximately £625 million.

Guy Robinson, Head of Residential Agency comments:

“Both Kate and Louis are great ambassadors for our business, enormously talented and very well respected within the industry.

“I have no doubt they will be hugely successful in their new positions.

“This new organisation of our leadership team will enable us to push forward more rapidly with our strategy and ongoing projects, including the shift towards digital estate agency and the growth of our market share in London.”

“Matthew and Charlotte’s new appointments are the result of long-term succession planning.

“These appointments are important steps for our business, designed to streamline our structure and make us more effective as a team.

“Crucially, they allow the next generation of talent within our business to step forward.”

Knowing a few ex (key word here!) S and P staff I like to think Mr Robinson has been as generous with their new terms and conditions to reflect the new roles as he is with his words, however I fear this is not the case!
