Over a third of younger tenants think that it should be their landlords or agents who change their lightbulbs.
Over one in five also think that it shouldn’t be up to them to fix their broken wi-fi.
Research from utilities provider Glide has found that one in seven renters expect landlords to resolve arguments with their flatmates over bill payments.
The research also shows that expectations that landlords will step in is not confined to just arguments over who pays what in terms of bills.
Almost a quarter of under 25-year-old tenants (23.2%) admit they would leave a dispute over parking up to the owner of the premises to resolve, while 34.6% said it wasn’t their responsibility to change a lightbulb.
Snowflakes.

I wonder what the results would be for older tenants? In some of the situations I’ve seen, I expect those percentages to be higher.
