Forget the John Lewis advert, RedDoor Homes’ 2019 Christmas video has arrived!

Christmas videos from RedDoor Homes are becoming as regular as the annual John Lewis advert.

This year the Rochester-based independent agent has filmed a Christmas video dedicated to saving the high street.

Using the hashtag #SaveTheHighStreet, it follows a shopper glued to online shopping through to his mobile and highlights that you can actually buy gifts in one place on the high street, with no delivery fees.

The heartwarming video features local shops and businesses from Rochester high street, including places to buy cakes, sweets, clothes, art and jewellery and of course RedDoor Homes.

Watch the film below and do send us your inspirational Christmas videos to video@propertyindustryeye.com and we will feature them on EYE.

I applaud the intent and I am not knocking it in any way – but it could have been improved by some much tighter editing.

This should touch the nerve of just about everyone in the country, be on the main news and go viral on social media. Society is slowly  killing itself with the internet. Save our High Streets before they become extinct, they are the soul of the local communities and offer more than just shopping.

Well done guy’s and gal’s at Red Door.
