Countrywide shares fell sharply yesterday, particularly in the last hour of trading.
They ended the day almost 10% down at 4.5p.
Other property stocks had a more positive day.
For example LSL put on over 1% to finish at 236p, and Foxtons’ share price – which has been on the up recently – rose a further 4% to finish at 61p.
This morning, Tuesday, Countrywide’s roller-coaster continued with a 7% rise in share prices in early trading.
Rollercoaster? I think it’s a bit like the famous coaster at Alton Towers, a little bit of up and down to start with but ultimately, the end is a vertical plunge in to the name of the aforementioned ride……… Oblivion!
