Leaders Romans Group has announced its latest acquisition – Essex and Suffolk Lettings, based in Colchester and previously owned by Jane Whiteman, who is retiring.

The single-branch business currently manages over 300 tenancies.

The entire portfolio will transfer over, doubling Leaders’ local market share.

The Essex and Suffolk office will close with all employees relocating just 100 yards up the same street.

Matthew Light, in charge of acquisitions for Leaders Romans, said he is on the look-out for other acquisition opportunities.
