Regional agent planning to create more jobs as it moves to hub-style operation

A regional independent is restructuring its head office to a large ‘hub-style’ operation.

Michael Jones & Company in West Sussex is not closing any of its branches and not only are there no redundancies but the firm is planning to create new jobs and invest in more technology.

It is centralising many of its activities as it expands operations in its head office in Worthing.

This will now house over 40 directors, managers, negotiators and admin staff in open-plan offices across three storeys, covering residential sales, lettings, commercial property management, new homes, marketing and sales support.

Managing director Mike Jones said: “Moving with the times is essential in any business, but it’s important to do it for the right reasons.

“This move will allow us to provide our customers with the correctly experienced team member for the individual customer’s needs.

“We’re very excited about this move and it also presents new opportunities within the business in supporting several team members in furthering their careers.”
