Two key figures in Purplebricks’ Scottish operation have both left.
Regional sales director Stephen Duncan, who recruited Local Property Experts in Scotland, and David Bennie, territory owner in Lanarkshire, have both gone.
It is understood both previously worked for RE/MAX before joining Purplebricks.
The departures have been confirmed by Purplebricks, which declined to comment further.
I’m sure the LPE involved will soon let the truth be known……

PB just don’t have a sustainable model – even worse if they started being honest about all the money that take on commissions from legal services etc. – the only things that keeps them semi-propped up.
The only good thing they have going is a very very expensive marketing campaign telling people how fabulous they are! – paid for by investors money , poor mugs that will never see proper return on their investments 🙁
