A franchisee who joined Belvoir only last year has completed his fifth acquisition.
Tom Wang and his wife Ran have bought Grey & Co Estate Agents in Wembley Park, London, and converted it to Belvoir Wembley Park.
The couple started at Belvoir by acquiring two companies, Harlesden Homes and the Property Lounge, which went on to become Belvoir Queens Park.
Wang has since added Belvoir London Westminster and Belvoir Wood Green.
Belvoir CEO Dorian Gonsalves said that for a franchisee to have completed on so many purchases within their first year “is an amazing achievement, and a superb example of what can be achieved.
“It is also testimony to Tom’s extraordinary ambition, drive and determination.
“Acquisitions continue to be a major focus and strategy for business development at Belvoir, and we work hard to support our franchisees in their ambitions.
“We have no doubt that this latest acquisition, which has added a further 269 let and managed properties to his portfolio, will greatly facilitate Tom’s intention to develop his businesses to their full potential. We wish him and Ran every success for the future.”
Wang said: “I am delighted to have completed on the purchase of Grey & Co, which specialises in sales as well as lettings.
“I realise that as a new franchisee I have moved very quickly in order to grow my business, but throughout the entire process I have received tremendous support from Belvoir’s dedicated acquisition team.
“I am extremely grateful to everyone at central office in helping to make this possible.”
Fair play good to see expansion in a decreasing market!
