Tickets for this year’s ARLA Propertymark Conference, happening just weeks before the introduction of the tenant fees ban, are now available at a reduced price between now and February 1.
Taking place on Tuesday, April 2, at ExCeL London, Financial Times columnist and BBC broadcaster Tim Harford has been named as the keynote speaker.
There will also be a panel discussion looking at how the most effective parts from different business models can be adopted and applied to various companies.
ARLA chief executive David Cox and Robert Bolwell from law firm Dutton Gregory will also deliver a legal and legislative update.
Peter Savage, ARLA Propertymark President, said: “Every year the ARLA Propertymark Conference presents attendees with an opportunity to hear the latest updates on legal and legislative changes, and of course to network with like-minded individuals from across the industry.
“With the Tenant Fees Ban probably coming into force just a few weeks after the conference, on June 1, this year will also offer delegates essential information.
“Last year over 1,700 industry professionals attended the event throughout the course of the day, and we expect this year’s to be the biggest and best ARLA conference to date.”
The Earlybird rate is £175 plus VAT per delegate compared with £200 plus VAT on or after February 1 for ARLA members. Non-members pay £250 plus VAT, with no early discount, unless they are accompanied by ARLA member colleagues, when the fee is £225 plus VAT.
