A hybrid estate agency is to launch a crowdfunding campaign so that it can grow nationally.
At present, Hortons covers the east midlands.
It launched in late 2016 and claims to have had a profitable first year with over 200 five-star reviews.
Saying it has proved the success of its model, it wants to build a team of partner agents and achieve coverage by expanding region by region.
It would also invest in its brand and software.
Inviting investors to get early access, it is looking for funding contributions from £10.
It says: “This is a truly unique opportunity to invest in the company we believe is poised to reshape the property industry.”
Founder Adam Horton says that running a call centre operation is not part of his vision, but believes that his company’s rate of growth can match that of Purplebricks.
