New platform unveiled for agents to access auction, conveyancing and compliance services in one place

The Intelligent Services Group (ISG) has changed its name to make use of its more recognisable IAM Sold auction brand.

ISG – parent company of IAM Sold, The Conveyancing Partnership (TCP) and Medway Law – has rebranded as IAM Property to provide a centralised platform for agents to access its auction services, conveyancing comparison and compliance tools.

The IAM Sold, TCP and Medway Law brands will still exist separately but now agents will be able to access them from one place.

Ben Ridgway, group managing director of the IAM Property Group, said: “We wanted to centralise the services we offer to clients, making it easier and more efficient for agents to access our range of instruction winning tools.

“It made sense to do so under the IAM brand with IAM Sold being our core offering and a recognised industry name.

“It’s all part of our ongoing strategy to build on the services we offer, making life easier for agents and helping them to drive extra revenue in this challenging market.”

He said there are plans to develop more services that will help agents.
