Chestertons has announced a partnership with new digital relocation specialist Ems, which aims to identify good-quality pre-qualified tenants.
Alex David Eady, head of corporate services at Chestertons, said: “Ems is leading the way in changing the way people find a place to live.
“The growth of digital platforms that help people find properties has changed the way estate agents do business, and more people than ever are looking at the properties we list, so there’s no shortage of leads.
“But Ems offers added value. Working with Ems allows us to understand our customers better and to provide them with a better and more efficient end-to-end service. Ems focuses on getting great quality tenants, and happy tenants lead to happy landlords.”
Ems provides Chestertons with pre-qualification and demographic information about clients looking for rental properties. The two companies will also be working together on an automatic handover process for viewings.
Ems CEO and founder Alex Sullivan said: “Buy-to-let landlords expect consistent returns on their investments and the pressure on landlords to obtain and retain high-quality tenants is at an all-time high.
“Ems is all about connecting great renters with great estate agents.”
Good move. The first initiative by our new CEO….
