Marsh & Parsons opens fourth new branch this year with fee sacrifice

London agent Marsh & Parsons has opened a third new branch within a matter of weeks.

The new office in Camden is the firm’s fourth opening of this year. Two new branches opened last month.

The latest office which opened yesterday has been completely renovated from a state of disrepair at a cost of £500,000.

In line with previous openings, the branch will launch with a 0% commission offer for the first three months.

It says that in Camden, this will typically save sellers £20,000.

The new office will be run on the sales side by Enna-Mae Assiter and on the lettings side by Rupert Osborne.

I'm glad I'm not in Camden. How to with friends within the industry? Poor business sense and for what just three months at this time of year. All they will achieve is all the local agents gang up and hammer them to the end of time.
