Fine & Country has reported a successful start to the year with the opening of five offices across the UK and Europe.
The three new offices in the UK are at Tunbridge Wells, Leicester and Bury St Edmunds.
A new Fine & Country Cyprus office was launched by Nicos Anastasiades, president of the Republic of Cyprus, who gave a welcoming speech to more than 200 people. The Cyprus team has already listed several properties and will sell beach-front villas, sea view apartments, and luxury maisonettes as as well as some commercial properties.
In Portugal, the new Fine & Country Cascais will service demand for residential properties in the central business district of Lisbon and high-end residential properties in the areas of Cascais and surrounding river front districts of Lisbon. These districts of Lisbon have seen a surge in demand with prices increasing by more than 10% over the past year.
David Lindley, CEO of Fine & Country, said: “I couldn’t be happier about our growth. To open five new offices in such a short space of time is a credit to the brand and the fantastic teams that we have around the world.
“We continue to have new prospects in the pipeline, and I look forward to watching Fine & Country move from strength to strength as the year progresses.”
Lindley also confirmed that the licence for a Fine & Country outlet in Bristol, previously run by Andrews, has been acquired by the management team, while in Colchester a new licensee is taking over.
